WHO I AM
After completing my apprenticeship at a municipal administration, where I learned the value of discipline and public service, I decided to travel the world to deepen my knowledge of languages and cultures. Upon returning to Switzerland, I had the opportunity to work for Virginia Tech, a prestigious American polytechnic.
At one point, however, I felt what I would call a true "calling": I began training as an ambulance paramedic. The 18 years that followed in this field were extremely enriching, both personally and professionally. They allowed me to see the many facets of life up close and made me reflect deeply on what really matters and what I want to achieve in my life.
Driven by a growing passion for health, I was fortunate to develop my first corporate health project. With the arrival of Covid, the path encountered some challenges, but despite the difficulties, especially linguistic ones, I decided to enroll in the Master's program in Corporate Health Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, a program I plan to complete in 2025.
I am convinced that the foundations for thinking, developing, implementing, and most importantly, living a true health culture in companies are change and communication. These two pillars are essential for building a solid foundation on which to grow corporate health management. Change as openness to new ideas and the willingness to evolve; communication as a bridge to make these concepts accessible, shareable, and integrable by all the company's stakeholders, from management to employees.
But, as we know, change requires time, dedication, and a good dose of patience.
